01 Challenge

MSDHS's MSO Logbook platform needed stronger login security and identity verification, and a way to exchange data with other MSDHS systems.
02 Approach

In a collaboration between UNICEF Thailand and NECTEC, BIGGO Analytics added 2FA through Keycloak and ThaID, integrated the Linkage Center API, and load-tested Keycloak, ThaID and full-flow endpoints with k6.
03 Outcome

Delivered a 2FA flow built on Keycloak and ThaID, the Linkage Center API integration, a Technical Report and load-test results covering response times, error rates and throughput, plus training sessions.

Overview

A UNICEF-sponsored project to enhance MSO Logbook, the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS) platform, carried out as a collaboration between UNICEF Thailand and NECTEC. The work focused on identity, security and interoperability:

2FA (Two-Factor Authentication): stronger login security
ThaID integration: connection to the government digital identity service (Thai Digital ID)
Keycloak: single sign-on (SSO) and identity and access management
Linkage Center API: data links with other MSDHS systems
Load Testing: performance testing with k6 (Keycloak endpoints, ThaID endpoints, full-flow, heatmap)
