    The Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS) needed a platform to track the welfare of vulnerable households at the household level, as part of its project to improve their quality of life.

  2. 02 Approach

    BIGGO Analytics built a web-based electronic family logbook with overview dashboards of projects, supporting organizations and beneficiaries, classification by project type, and multi-dimensional chart analytics.

  3. 03 Outcome

    The system is live at mso-logbook.m-society.go.th, letting MSDHS track vulnerable households alongside the projects and organizations supporting them through its dashboards.

Overview

MSO Logbook is an electronic family logbook system, part of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS) project to develop a platform for improving the quality of life of vulnerable groups at the household level. It is a family-level registry platform for tracking the welfare of vulnerable households, with dashboards for projects, organizations and beneficiaries.
