  1. 01 Challenge

    Thailand's Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA) needed a tool to help organizations understand how ready they are to adopt AI and what to improve next.

  2. 02 Approach

    We built a web application that pairs a questionnaire with a scoring model placing each organization at one of four levels (AI Unaware, AI Aware, AI Ready, AI Competent), plus an AI BOT chatbot that answers questions about AI Readiness Scan.

  3. 03 Outcome

    AIRS is live at airs.etda.or.th, where each organization can see its AI readiness level and get recommendations for raising it.

Overview

AI Readiness Scan (AIRS) is an assessment tool developed for Thailand’s Electronic Transactions Development Agency (ETDA). It helps organizations understand how ready they are to adopt AI, across multiple dimensions.

Key Features

  • Places each organization at one of four AI readiness levels: AI Unaware, AI Aware, AI Ready and AI Competent
  • Questionnaire, scoring and an AI BOT (a chatbot that answers questions about AI Readiness Scan)
  • Gives each organization recommendations for raising its readiness level
  • Compares readiness levels against industry/public-sector standards
