01 Challenge

Mahidol University's Institute for Population and Social Research and ThaiHealth needed a university wellbeing dashboard that extends HAPPINOMETER to faculty, staff and students, under a sustainable organizational health promotion project.
02 Approach

BIGGO Analytics built a dashboard that serves data by survey, survey round and wave, supports individual self-assessment alongside an organization-wide overview, and presents quality of life, happy organization and work-life balance views.
03 Outcome

The dashboard is live at happy-university.web.app on Firebase Hosting, and results can be exported to PDF, Word, Image or CSV.

Overview

Happy University is a wellbeing dashboard for Thai universities. It was built under a sustainable organizational health promotion project together with Mahidol University’s Institute for Population and Social Research. It extends HAPPINOMETER to the higher-education context, covering university faculty, staff and students.
